Meatballs and Arugula at Rooster Street Butcher

I love it when a favorite spot actively tries new things. Rooster Street always impresses me. Every Friday, after a long week of school, I'm eager to try some new concoction: a prime cut of steak with some seasonal veggies, a special soup, or meatballs. I don't think I've ever been disappointed by a special. These meatballs, which have since made it on to the permanent menu, were once such delightful innovation. A modest main, they were light and juicy.
