I love to eat. I love to eat.

But often, despite what instagram shows, I do not eat well when I'm eating by myself. I'll grab whatever's fast. I'll head to that meeting instead of eating my breakfast. I'll eat standing up at my desk so I can squeeze in some more work.

I have started trying to eat food, as if I were feeding someone else who I love. I'm an educator, so I'm very good at caring for others. I am, unfortunately, utter trash at caring for myself. Entering into the holiday season, I'm determined to better care for myself and eat well every day.
